It is not just the work that can challenge an audience, but it can also be the attitude of the artist in and around the work. Artist Roman Nieuweboer has previously hung himself upside down in front of his audience, he has given access to his wide open mouth. But he also launched himself in front of bystanders.
On invitation of …ism project space, Roman Nieuweboer designed a brand new incautious entrance for the space. The construction will be completed on September 23.You are hereby cordially invited to put it into use.
Roman Nieuweboer (Eindhoven, 1997) lives and works in Rotterdam, where he graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academy. His work mainly consists of performative installations.
