Hello. Portugal would be a wonderful location to work on my painting projects. I’m an older woman from northern California who had a gallery selling my own pastels for 12 years in a small coastal town, Mendocino, and now I’m looking to possibly move to Europe. Spending time in a small town in Portugal would be a perfect place to begin again and re-define my art using watercolor and eschewing glass/frame presentation and instead mounting the original piece on a wooden panel and preserving it with wax. I would need housing, and any other information available to a curious artist. I have no idea the cost of your residency, so that would be a determining factor. Also, I’m a quick typist with a keen eye for proofreading in case you need help in the office! :0)
