Julio Artist-run Space is an independent project specialized in the production, distribution and commercialization of contemporary art propositions, founded by the artists Maria Ibanez Lago and Constanza Piaggio.
Julio has been running since 2016 in the Belleville-Ménilmontant neighborhood in Paris, hosting exhibitions called “Assemblage #”, which bring together two to three artists for one month, as well as specific presentations (performances, book presentations, conferences, etc.).
It connects Argentinian and international artists generating links between consummate and emerging artists, from diverse generations and mediums.
