For their second Affine project, Gabriel Virgilio Luciani and Margot Cuevas, are working with Marc O’Callaghan on a performance intervention, within the context of Katy B Plummer’s exhibition ARMOUR FOR FLOWERS.

Marc O’Callaghan (Barcelona, 1988) is a transmedial artist and researcher whose work explores the hidden connections between different orders of reality, by the means of spatial symbolism and numerological classification. His surname is the legacy of a Catalan family with Irish ancestors.

Throughout 2019-2020 he has been developing a research project entitled “Symbolical Correspondences between Catholic Folklore and Makina Music in the Old Quarter of Barcelona” as part of La Capella’s “BCN Producció” program.
