Artists of all disciplines creating in any media are welcome to apply: dance, theatre, music, sound, performance art, writing, painting, drawing, printmaking, textiles, culinary, photography, video/film, animation, architecture, sculpture (any material), ceramics, mixed-media / multi-media, interdisciplinary, installation, and other new/alternative media. Researchers, curators, and art critics are also welcome to apply. Open to emerging and established artists.

KuBa: kulturbahnhof, Klein Warnow – A place of motion and emotion a particular program for inspiration, dialogue & cooperation, open to the challenges of our time. KuBa: kulturbahnhof is located on the site of a former train station in the town of Klein Warnow (Brandenburg), on the Berlin-Hamburg railrway. The residency program offers artists, writers and cultural scientists a place to work, create and experiment. The interaction with this unique location is an essential element of the project. The artistic directors of KuBa: kulturbahnhof are Sharon Horodi and Cheb Mika Kammerer. The two are artists, active in the field of video, photography, performance-art and creative writing. Both have many years of experience in curating exhibitions and artistic events, community based art projects and transcultural exchange programs. OPEN CALL : The Quarantine Exhibition is an online program that will culminate in a digital exhibition and gallery show. Selected international artists will be invited to engage in a series of online exhibitions. We are collaborating with curators across the world to select artists and eventually stage the gallery exhibition.

Design and illustration affects and constructs our daily lives; from websites and social media, to billboards and greeting cards, to the way we navigate our surroundings. Visuals created with purpose and intentional design. While they can be utilized differently, illustration and design have long gone hand in hand. For this exhibition we invite all designers and illustrators to display their work in a Fine Art setting. All media is considered for submission. Artists may submit up to 3 works for a non-refundable processing fee of $35. FAC members fee for up to three works is $24. RICE is a Reversing Initiative to Counter the Exclusion of females and other discriminated groups in the art world. We are seeking artists from around the world to feature in our new online magazine and to exhibit at the prestigious MUTUO art gallery in Barcelona, by the end of May 2020. E T A J on WHEELS, a nomad art gallery, born through the outdoor extension of the physical space of E T A J artist-run space, based in Bucharest, invites artists around the world to exhibit in „KRAT3R” – a space marked by three square meters delimited by rock-walls in the crater of a volcano from Lanzarote, Conil town, Canare islands, Spain, having next coordinates: 28.973353, -13.662973. Those who will dare to respond to the challenge, are asked to document, post and tag „E T A J on wheels” (https://www.facebook.com/etajonwheels). KRAT3R is an intervention in the natural space of a volcano, conceived and made in order to generate further art manifestations in the spirit of land art. Artists around the world are invited to participate at E T A J on wheels project, an alternative space, a nomad gallery, exploring the endless possibilities from the outdoor environment, under the sky. As a contemporary art gallery with a beautiful space in the center of town, we are interested in production-oriented artists and diverse cultural agents like writers, researchers, curators and others interested in creative projects, research and collaboration within the contemporary arts. Applicants with own residencies and organizations that are looking for collaborators, please also apply or contact us via email. There are two residency opportunities: a studio only residency or a more extensive master residency with coaching, portfolio work and further. Studio residencies will be able to present the works in a studio opening.
